“Land of Opportunities”: New Symposium Series on the Transformation of Post-Mining Regions

The Research Center of Post-Mining (FZN) is taking a significant step forward in its role as a leading institution for research and innovation in the field of reactivation and transition.
Starting in 2025, the FZN will launch a new series of conferences, organized in cooperation with the G20 Global Land Initiative | UNCCD, that will focus on land restoration, sustainable transformation, and the economic development of post-mining regions.

The series kicks off with the international symposium “Land of Opportunities – International Symposium on Land Restoration and Sustainable Transformation”.
