Since the first symposium in early 1960’s\, APCOM has been instrumental in fostering relationships between academic researchers and industry practitioners in the development of the latest computer based mathematical techniques in the mining industry. \nThe 2019 APCOM in Wroclaw will continue this tradition by focusing on all emerging digital technologies in mining. A special regional focus is put on IT-supported low impact mining of small deposits in Lower Silesia and adjacent regions in Germany and Czechia. \nAPCOM 2019 will host up to 120 high quality and peer-reviewed papers by international presenters from science and industry accompanied by a small exhibition.
