Dabei werden vielfältige Fachthemen bezüglich der Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Landschaften nach dem Bergbau behandelt. \nDie diesjährige Herbsttagung beginnt mit einer Exkursion im nahegelegenen Sanierungsgebiet des Uranbergbaus der Wismut GmbH. Hierbei liegt der Schwerpunkt beim Thema Artenschutz (u.a. Sicherung von Lebensräumen der Rohrdommel im Rahmen von Sanierungsarbeiten). Neben dem Auftaktvortrag über „Bienen in der Kultur- und Bergbaufolgelandschaft“ wird es ein vielfältiges Fachvortragsprogramm geben.
