{"id":5661,"date":"2017-08-21T12:22:03","date_gmt":"2017-08-21T10:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2025.mining-report.de\/english\/?p=5661"},"modified":"2017-08-21T12:22:03","modified_gmt":"2017-08-21T10:22:03","slug":"rwe-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mining-report.de\/english\/blog\/rwe-4\/","title":{"rendered":"RWE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a result of the reduced size of the Executive Board at RWE AG in Essen\/Germany \u2013\u00a0which now consists of Rolf Martin Schmitz, CEO, and CFO Markus Krebber \u2013 Krebber resigned from his office as CEO of RWE Supply &amp; Trading on 31st May 2017, which he performed in addition to his existing duties. As a Member of the Executive Board at RWE he is now responsible for energy trade while also being appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board at RWE Supply &amp; Trading. Markus Krebber\u2018s former responsibilities in the management of RWE Supply &amp; Trading are now shared among the remaining Managing Directors. CFO Michael M\u00fcller is now also responsible for Legal Services\/Compliance and HR. Andree Stracke, Chief Commercial Officer Origination &amp; Gas Supply, has also taken on the Corporate Affairs division. The Management Board also includes Peter Krembel (CCO Trading) and Tom Glover (CCO Commercial Asset Optimisation).
