Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, will oversee production operations, including hydrocarbon exploration, production, transportation, underground storage, processing and sales in the domestic market, the power sector, and interaction with governmental authorities. Elena Burmistrova has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee in charge of foreign trade activities, including trade in the CIS countries. At the same time, she will retain her position as head of Gazprom Export.
