As a result, Deilmann-Haniel became a 100\u2009% subsidiary of Redpath Mining Inc. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATON GmbH based in Munich\/Germany. Since 2012, the affiliation to the Redpath Group was documented by adding \u201cMember of the Redpath Group\u201d to the Deilmann-Haniel company name.<\/p>\n<p>After seven years now as member of the Redpath Group Deilmann-Haniel would like to bear the name of the world\u2019s leading company in the field of \u201cMining Construction\u201c even directly in its name, and would like to preserve the more than 130 years of tradition of success of the \u201cDeilmanner\u201d at the same time. That\u2019s why Deilmann-Haniel has renamed the company effective 1st October 2019 into REDPATH DEILMANN GmbH and will adopt the logo of the group as well as all other companies of the Redpath Group.<\/p>\n<p>The new company name shows to all clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders that the company is part of the world\u2019s leading mining contracting group, which stands for satey, quality, reliability, innovation and efficiency. All other company data such as address, commercial register number, account data or VAT ID remain unchanged. The web address is www.redpathdeilmann.com since October 2019.
