EWE AG

Dr Torsten Köhne left the board of management at EWE AG in Oldenburg with retroactive effect from 1 January. He had been responsible for the Generation division. The change will allow Dr Köhne to devote more time to his role as CEO of swb AG, a Bremen-based subsidiary of EWE. Dr Werner Brinker, CEO of EWE, will take over his tasks within the EWE board.
