The Supervisory Board of Thyssengas GmbH, Dortmund/Germany, has decided to cease collaboration with the Chairman of the Management Board, Axel Botzenhardt, initiate proceedings to terminate his contract and find a suitable replacement. The Federal Network Agency has been informed. Until a replacement has been appointed, the second Managing Director, Bernd Dahmen, will be solely responsible for the management of the company.
