Reinhard Florey, of Finnish stainless-steel producer Outokumpu, succeeded David C. Davies as Financial Director at OMV in Vienna/Austria on 1st July 2016. Peter Löscher, former Chairman of the Board at Siemens, has become the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OMV.
