Boris Schucht will be leaving electricity transmission grid operator 50Hertz, Berlin/Germany, on 28th February 2019 to take on new professional challenges. This was mutually agreed between Schucht, the 50Hertz supervisory board and shareholders Elia and Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) on 4th December 2018.

Jürgen Kroker, Works Manager at the Prosper-Haniel mine in Bottrop/Germany, departed the company on 31st December. Taking over from him, Thomas Telsemeyer, formerly Production Manager at Prosper-Haniel, has been in charge of the mine’s Shutdown team since 1st January 2019.

On 3rd December 2018, at the regular meeting of Essen-based RAG-Stiftung’s board of trustees, Helmut Linssen announced that he is resigning his post as CFO at RAG-Stiftung, effective as of 1st April 2019, due to his age. His successor will be chosen in the next meeting of the board of trustees on 1st April 2019.

On 1st January 2019, Lex Hartman stepped down from the board of management of Dutch/German electricity grid operator TenneT Holding BV, based in Arnheim/Netherlands. On this date, he also relinquished his responsibilities as Statutory Director of TenneT TSO B.V. in the Netherlands and TenneT TSO GmbH in Germany.
