EWE

At the request of Ines Kolmsee, the Supervisory Board of EWE AG, Oldenburg/Germany, released her from her duties as member of the Board responsible for technology at EWE AG with effect from 31st December 2016. Initially, the general representation regulations of the Board shall apply. A decision will be made on a successor at the beginning of 2017.
