Ralph Jäger, Member of the Board of Management and Labour Director responsible for the areas of Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Structure & Organisation and Compliance at K+S Kali GmbH, Kassel/Germany, left the company on 30th November 2016. As a result, since 1st December 2016, and until further notice, the Board comprises two members. Alexa Hergenröther, who has been responsible since June 2014 for Marketing and Sales, will assume responsibility for Finance & Controlling, Structure & Organisation and Compliance in addition to her former duties. Rainer Gerling, who has been in charge of Production and Technology since January 2016, will take on Human Resources and the role of Labour Director.
