At its meeting on 17th December 2020, the Supervisory Board of RWE Power AG, Essen/Germany, appointed Kemo Razanica with effect from 1st February 2021 as RWE Power AG’s HR Director and Labor Director for a period of three years. He took over the position from Ralf Giesen, who left the company on 31st January 2021. (RWE/Si.)
