Former Chairman of the Executive Board of OMV AG, Gerhard Roiss, has been appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of state-owned electricity company Verbund AG, Vienna/Austria. He succeeds Gilbert Frizberg.

As of 1st January 2017, Magdalena Moll has taken over responsibility for Corporate Affairs as Senior Vice President of the oil and gas firm OMV in Vienna/Austria.

Reinhard Florey, of Finnish stainless-steel producer Outokumpu, succeeded David C. Davies as Financial Director at OMV in Vienna/Austria on 1st July 2016. Peter Löscher, former Chairman of the Board at Siemens, has become the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OMV.

The current CFO of Finnish stainless steel manufacturer Outokumpu, Reinhard Florey, is due to take over from David C. Davies as CFO at OMV AG, Vienna, by 1st August 2016 at the latest.

Dr Rainer Seele, currently chairman of the board of executive directors at Wintershall Holding GmbH in Kassel, will become the new CEO of OMV in Vienna/Austria on 1 July 2015. He is taking over from Gerhard Roiss, who will be leaving the company.
