Dr Helmar Rendez, chairman of the management board at Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, will become a member of the management board at Vattenfall Europe Mining & Generation AG in Cottbus on 1 July 2015. He will not be responsible for a specific division at first, but will take over finance on 1 October 2015, as current CFO Klaus Aha is retiring at the end of the year.
