IMWA 2026 Conference
July 5 - July 10
The International Mine Water Association (IMWA) Congress will be
held at High1 Resort, Jeongseon, Gangwon Province, South Korea.
This congress is jointly organized by Sangji University, Korea Mine
Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation (KOMIR),
Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM), and the
Korean Society of Mineral and Energy Resources Engineers (KSMER).
As the second IMWA Congress ever to be hosted in Asia in IMWA’s
40-year history, this event will bring together mine water experts and
students from around the world to exchange knowledge and to participate
in high-level technical sessions and exceptional field excursions.
