North Rhine-Westphalia‘s Minister-President has announced that former President of German Parliament Norbert Lammert (CDU), Lord Mayor of Essen/Germany Thomas Kufen (CDU) and energy industry manager Andreas Reichel (FDP) are joining the RAG-Stiftung board of trustees. They have taken over from the three members who were removed from the committee following the change of government in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The Supervisory Board of RWE Power AG, Essen /Germany, has officially appointed the Deputy Head of HR at RAG AG, Kemo Razanica, to its Management Board with effect from 1st April 2018. On 1st July 2018, Razanica will take up the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and Labour Director, succeeding Erwin Winkel who is retiring.

Jochen Flasbarth took charge of the federally owned BGZ Gesellschaft für Zwischenlagerung mbH in Essen/Germany, founded in March, on the 1st November 2017. He is fulfilling his duties without salary in parallel with his civil service role as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB).
