Mario Mehren, former Head of Exploration and Production in Russia, North Africa and South America, succeeded Rainer Seele as Chairman of the Board of Management at Wintershall Holding GmbH, Kassel (Germany), on 1st June 2015.

On 1st April 2015, Cornelius Weitzmann succeeded Matthias Grawe as Director of Power, Oil & Gas at Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG, Heidenheim (Germany).

At its last meeting, the Board of Management of the Verband kommunaler Unternehmen (VKU) in Berlin elected Guntram Pehlke, Chairman of the Board of Management at DSW 21 Dortmunder Stadtwerke, and Achim Közle, Managing Director at Stadtwerke Tübingen, to its committee.

Günter Vogelsang, Chairman of the Supervisory Board between 1984 and 1996 at Thyssen AG, Düsseldorf, and Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ThyssenKrupp AG until 2013, died in mid-March 2015 in Düsseldorf at the age of 95.

Susanna Schneeberger was appointed Terex Corporation‘s Head of Material Handling in Wetter, starting on 16th March 2015.
