On 15th November 2015, Guido Knott, who had been Division Manager for Policy and Communication at E.ON SE in Dusseldorf since 2010, became a member of the management board of E.ON Kernkraft GmbH in Hanover, a company that will operate under the name PreussenElektra in the future. On 1st January 2016, he will take over as Chairman of the Management Board. Furthermore, on 1st October 2015, Jan Homann became Managing Director of the newly created Department for Decommissioning and Dismantling at E.ON Kernkraft GmbH.
