Hans Joachim Theiß took over as the new chairman of the board at SMT Scharf GmbH, Hamm, on 16th July 2015. Wolfgang Embert also joined the company’s board on 1st July 2015. With effect from 1st January 2016, the supervisory board has also appointed Ralf Ferdinand Oberhaus as the member of the board of management responsible for sales and service, taking over from Heinrich Schulze-Buxloh who will be going into retirement.
