Chairman of the Executive Board of the Gelsenkirchen-based water supply company Gelsenwasser, Henning Deters has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Board at energy supplier EWE AG, Oldenburg/Germany. In addition, Jürgen Löcke, Deputy Managing Director of Sparkassenverband Niedersachsen, and Bernd-Carsten Hiebing, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at EWE Netz GmbH, have also been nominated to the board. In exchange, the previous Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Stephan-Andreas Kaulvers, Frank Mastiaux, Chairman of the Executive Board at Energie Baden-Württemberg (EnBW) AG and Member of the Bundestag Peter Meiwald are leaving the EWE Supervisory Board. Bernhard Bramlage, the current Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will shortly assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
