On 31st December 2017, Werner Brandt stepped down as Chair of the Supervisory Board of innogy SE, Essen/Germany. His successor has provisionally been named as Erhard Schipporeit, former Chief Financial Officer at E.ON.
On 19th December 2017, innogy parted ways with its Chair of the Management Board, Peter Terium. The Supervisory Board will appoint his successor in due course.
