The Supervisory Board of SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal/Germany, is reducing in size. Jürgen Reinert is the new spokesman and will in future be responsible not only for Technology and Operations but also for Sales and Service. Ulrich Hadding remains head of the Finance, HR and Legal departments and will also be responsible for Investor Relations. Pierre-Pascal Urbon will be leaving the company voluntarily at the end of the year and resigned from the Board in mid-October 2018 with the Supervisory Board’s agreement.
