Cutting energy costs and securing supply for mines with renewable energy
Chile’s resource sector is expected to continue to invest in renewables to reduce energy costs, secure supply, comply with renewables and efficiency regulations and meet increasing energy demand. The scale and pace of this investment is largely dependent on key transmission developments and price recoveries for key commodities including copper, gold, lithium, iron ore and molybdenum.
The 2nd annual Energy and Mines Santiago Summit will provide the essential nexus of senior mining, renewables, government, finance and legal professionals needed to drive affordable and reliable power solutions for mining operators in the region.
