Deutsche Rohstoff AG is expanding its Activities in the US Oil Sector with a New Team

Deutsche Rohstoff AG is stepping up its activities in the US oil and gas market. Along with the founders of what was formerly Tekton Energy, Jerry Sommer and Earl Norris, it established a new oil and gas company under the name Salt Creek Oil & Gas, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Deutsche Rohstoff AG owns the majority share in this company. In addition to oil, gas projects are of particular interest to Salt Creek, since the economic fundamentals in the US gas market are improving once again after years of falling or stagnating prices. Unlike Deutschen Rohstoff AG’s other two financial interests, the focus of the activities will initially lie outside of the Wattenberg Oil Field in Colorado. Tim Sulser is to take on the role of CEO at the helm of Salt Creek’s business operations. Sulser is a petroleum engineer and has been working in the US oil and gas industry for 15 years.
